- 2008 – Conducted a Third Sector consultation and needs assessment project culminating in a strategy document to support Third Sector development in Oldham.
- 2006 – Developed an outreach concept to support grassroots development, reducing the unit cost of delivery support from £25k to £5k.
- 2001 – Developed a community engagement and outreach strategy to support the worklessness agenda, resulting in over 1000 people engaging in learning programmes.
- 2000 – Supported the development of a short term funded project to become a Social Enterprise employing initially 1 person in 2000 to 37 people across 4 branches in 2005.
- 1998 – Developed a training package to support the administrative development of individuals and organisations within deprived communities.
